Jonah, Micah, and Nahum
Advanced Level — 6 Lessons
We are excited to introduce our new format!
This Rafiki Bible Study has been beautifully redesigned as a spiral-bound edition with durable covers. Now available as individual copies, this new format is perfect for personal study or group use. Each study includes two introductory lessons (The Chief End of Bible Study: Thinking Right Thoughts about God and What is the Bible about?).
The Rafiki Bible Study on Jonah (2 lessons) focuses on God's sovereign rule, salvation by grace through faith, and growing in grace in gospel mission. The study on Micah (3 lessons) shows God's judgment on sin and false teaching, the need of God's people for true leaders, and Jesus Christ the true Good Shepherd who defends and saves his people. The study on Nahum (1 lesson) focuses on how God's avenging wrath on sin can be a comfort to believers, the divine origin of Scripture, and the second coming of Christ. Each lesson includes notes on the text and questions for discussion written and edited by reformed theologians.
The commentaries recommended to accompany this study are Man Overboard!: The Story of Jonah by Sinclair B. Ferguson and The Books of Nahum, Habakkuk, and Zephaniah by O. Palmer Robertson, each sold separately.
